This framework will help you identify shared goals with others and work towards them in a way that advances equity and builds on strengths.

Cassandra O'Neill, M.A., is the CEO of Leadership Alchemy LLC. She has over 25 years of experience increasing effectiveness of organizations in the social sector. She facilitates ECE systems building through leadership and professional development. She has supported communities of practice, designed and delivered a variety of customized professional development approaches including a train-the-trainer program for coaches. In addition, she has provided capacity building to collective impact initiatives and coach training to early childhood coaches in a statewide Quality Rating Improvement System (QRIS) system building. She has facilitated coalitions and networks in urban, rural, and tribal communities. Ms. O’Neill has conducted research and written Early Childhood Needs and Assets reports for multiple tribes and counties in Arizona. She has written successful proposals for multiple early childhood initiatives, and she is the co-author of Five Elements of System Change for Early Childhood Professionals. This book was selected as a member benefit by the National Association for the Education of Young Children in 2017. An excerpt was published by the Non Profit Quarterly (NPQ) in their Winter 2017 edition.
