Doug draws on his legal experience and deep understanding of law-firm digital infrastructure and operations from Hull & Hull to deliver CNSL.ai’s training and implementation systems. He guides lawyers and legal staff adopt AI tools practically – with a focus on strengthening client relationships and reducing lost time.
