About This Course

The third in a four-part "Core Concepts of Culture" series, this course gives you a practical approach to the culture change that you can start implementing right away. The "Culture Design" methodology will help you create a clear set of cultural priorities to guide your action planning, and then a "culture playbook" framework that will help you design specific changes to the way you do things that will make the culture change both real and permanent. The course includes some sample change action items that were developed and implemented in real organizations.
