Lee is an associate at Dillon with 16 years of experience delivering infrastructure projects across North America. Her most recent project responsibilities have included managing PLAAs on behalf of the ECWE Technical Advisor. Prior to this, she was the managing utility relocations, permits and agreements for the Hamilton LRT.
