About This Course

The last in a 4-part series on the core concepts of culture, this course presents a maturity model for managing culture and provides guidance on how to build internal capacity for culture management. There are three stages—culture as a concept, culture as a practice, and culture as a system—and as you move up in the maturity model, more people, processes, and systems need to be in place to make sure culture is continuously driving your success. The course includes our eBook on the maturity model and access to a free assessment so you can see where you fall in the model.
