This course provides advanced techniques to enhance truth elicitation and improve outcomes in challenging conversations.
Participants will learn how to craft expert questions to extract the truth and manage passive-aggressive behaviors, while practicing strategies for engaging different subjects. Through hands-on exercises, they'll refine observation, question formulation, and interview strategies, as well as sharpen their ability to detect deception.
Students will also master rapport-building techniques using proxemics, prefix bridges, and other science-backed methods.
