Nidal Danoun is the executive director of Prosperity Financial Services. He provides advice and training to organisations, businesses, and professionals in the areas of financial services regulation, compliance, ethics, corporate governance, and culture. Nidal is also a lecturer at the University of New South Wales (UNSW) Business School and the Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM) in the areas of wealth management, ethics, and estate planning. He is also a Certified Ethics Trainer with the CFA Institute. Nidal regularly works with regulators, large financial institutions, and accounting firms in the areas of ethics, leadership, governance, and financial services regulation. Nidal holds a Master of Commerce in finance and business law. He is a Chartered Accountant, a Fellow CPA and Financial Planning Specialist, a Certified Financial Planner, a Chartered Tax Adviser, and a member of the CFA Institute.
