Early Childhood Educators work in a fast paced and dynamic environment which can be strenuous; both mentally and physically.

Working in early childhood education can be both rewarding and demanding. This course is designed to help educators manage stress and maintain their well-being through proven relaxation and self-care practices. You'll learn simple, effective techniques that support both mental and physical health, enabling you to stay energized and resilient in your role.
Highlights of the course include learning four different “Breathing Awareness” techniques and how to perform a full-body relaxation scan. By the end, you’ll have the tools to begin a personal self-care routine and create a system to manage stress in both your professional and personal life.
