Rob has been working with the FAAA since March 2021 and is responsible for delivering the FAAA’s professionalism function.   He has over 15 years’ experience in the financial services industry in Australia and internationally, working in both the public and private sectors, for wealth management firms, top tier banking groups and regulatory bodies, specialising in dispute resolution and advice review.

Cheyenne has worked in the financial services industry for over 30 years and has held senior roles with a number of major licensees and other smaller national dealer groups. Her experience in financial services has focused on corporate governance roles, while holding positions as a director and in company secretarial roles for both private and public companies. She has previously worked as an authorised representative, which allows her to have a commercial, practical approach to AFSL and ACL compliance. Cheyenne has been a member of the Financial Planning Association of Australia (FPA) since 1997, including representing licensees through the Partnership Program. She is a current member of the FPA Professional Standards Committee and worked on the FPA Code of Professional Practice. She has been on various working committees within organisations implementing FSR, FoFA, and LIF, including with the Governance, Risk and Compliance Institute. She has been a judge since 2018 with the PlanPlus Global Financial Planning Awards, where financial planners across the globe showcase how they have changed their clients’ lives. Cheyenne won the ifa Excellence Award for Compliance Consultant of the Year in 2020 and was a finalist in 2019 and 2021.
