About This Course

This 13-week program provides a comprehensive, evidence-based framework for senior leaders, managers and high-performing employees to transition from burnout and ineffectiveness to sustained peak performance. The curriculum integrates neuroscience, behavioural science, and sports/performance psychology to optimise physiological and psychological well-being through micro-dosed daily protocols.

Participants progress through four movements: autonomic control, energetic productivity, mindset and connection, and momentum and identity. The program emphasises data-driven feedback loops and consistent, small-gain compounding to ensure long-term executive success without relying on pharmaceuticals or traditional therapy.

Topics Covered:

  • Autonomic nervous system reset protocols
  • Micro-movement for cognitive energy
  • Sleep hygiene and recovery optimisation
  • Precision nutrition for brain fuel
  • Stress-to-challenge mindset reframing
  • Time blocking and priority management
  • Values-based leadership alignment
  • Emotional regulation and affect labelling

Note: This is the part 2 in a two-part series.
