He has established legal compliance and support groups, led enterprise policy revisions, and implemented regulatory reporting programs at Global Fortune 50 companies and federal agencies addressing EU Safe Harbor, EU Privacy Shield, ePrivacy, HIPAA, HIPAA HI-TECH, Sarbanes-Oxley Act, ECPA, Dodd-Frank Act, Securities Act, Federal Information Security Management Act, ISO 27001/27002, and PCI-DSS. Neguiel has served as an attorney advising government clients building their computer forensic capabilities for OpenText.
