PAUL J. CAMPSON is an experienced trial lawyer who has successfully litigated personal injury cases on behalf of injured plaintiffs in Supreme Courts throughout New York State, Federal Courts and the Court of Claims. Paul is a past member of The Board of Directors of The New York State Trial Lawyers Association, where he was one of the youngest Directors ever elected. He has written for the Trial Lawyers Quarterly and the On The Case section of The New York State Bar Association. Paul often serves as "Trial Counsel" to other law firms and successfully litigates their difficult cases. Articles about Paul and his cases have appeared in the New York Law Journal, New York Jury Verdict, The New York Post, The Journal News and The Brooklyn Daily Eagle. Paul was recognized for his pro bono work on behalf of the victims of 9-11 by both the Trial Lawyers of America and Trial Lawyers Care. Additionally, Paul was a member of The United Brotherhood of Carpenters Union and as such, brings a unique understanding of construction accidents and the dangers of the workplace.
