Michael P. Del Bueno is a partner at Whitt, Del Bueno & Clark, P.C., where he focuses his practice on insurance defense and workers’ compensation law. With more than 25 years of legal experience, he represents employers, insurers, and other clients in complex workplace injury matters, litigation strategy, and dispute resolution.
His practice is centered on navigating the legal and evidentiary challenges involved in workers’ compensation claims, with a particular emphasis on medical-legal analysis and defense strategy. Over the course of his career, he has built extensive experience advising clients on risk management and achieving effective outcomes in contested claims.
Mr. Del Bueno earned his B.A. from Muhlenberg College in 1992 and his J.D. from Widener University School of Law in 1996. He was admitted to the Virginia State Bar in October 1996 and is an active member of the Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys.
