I have a Master of Arts in Journalism from Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism at CUNY, which provided me with a solid foundation in investigative journalism and audio reporting. Leveraging these specialized tools, I've garnered several accolades, including three SPJ Awards and a first place audio reporting award from the College Media Association, showcasing my proficiency in multimedia storytelling and editing. Additionally, I have a Bachelor of Arts in Literature with a concentration in Creative Writing and a Bachelor of Arts in History with a focus on American and African histories and the intersection between the two. I am a creative, curious, and collaborative professional who is always eager to learn new skills and explore new topics. I am driven by the mission of producing stories that inform, inspire, and empower people, and that reflect the diversity and complexity of the world.
