Biography
San Diego attorney Christopher Nichols, Esq. is an accomplished civil litigator with extensive experience in both individual and class action litigation. As a native San Diegan, Mr. Nichols graduated from the University of San Diego ('14, B.A. in Political Science & History) and the University of San Diego School of Law ('17, J.D. in Civil Litigation). During law school, he received a CALI Excellence for the Future Award for his outstanding performance. Mr. Nichols also received the Pro Bono Service Recognition Award from the University of San Diego for volunteering at the San Diego Superior Court with the Family Law Facilitator’s Office, assisting unrepresented litigants with their legal matters. Christopher E. Nichols focuses his practice on employment and business disputes, representing employees, employers, individuals, and businesses in all aspects of civil lawsuits. Mr. Nichols has provided exceptional counsel to clients at every stage of litigation, including discovery, depositions, law & motion work, mediations, settlement conferences, arbitration, labor commissioner hearings, and both bench and jury trials. When away from work, he enjoys watching baseball and spending time with his wife and dachshunds.
